Rules and Regulations

Life happens! And sometimes people get so busy they forget to register (and how to act). This is to make sure everyone understands the process and that there are no surprises...

Late Registration

IF you register past the deadline of June 13, 2025 - there will be a $10pp penalty charged to attend.

IF you register 'on-site' (meaning AT the reunion) - there will be a $20pp penalty charged to attend.

T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.

Security

Everyone that registers will receive a 'silicone bracelet' to attend the dinner. You will receive the bracelet when you check into the hotel. Because the dinner location is a public place on a main street - the bracelets will be proof of family (and not random people coming in). NOT HAVING A BRACELET means no entry into the dinner...

There will be a security man at the door. This again, should prevent people without bracelets, from randomly walking in. The location of the dinner is non-smoking, so if you must smoke it must be outside! Alcohol will be available at the dinner, so please drink responsibly. This is a celebration with family of all ages - lets keep it CLASSY!

Weekend Schedule

Friday, July 11, 2025

3pm EST -

All family arrives and check's into the hotel. There will be lite food and snacks available at registration in the hotel bar/restaurant.

The location of the hotel is central to TONS of shops, restaurants, lounges, parks, clubs, and bars!

Sunday, July 13, 2025

Hotel Breakfast: 6:30am - 10am EST

After breakfast, each family member is free to attend any religious service of their choice. But at this time all are free to return home!

Saturday, July 12, 2025

Hotel Breakfast: 6:30am - 10am EST

Activities: 10am - 4:30pm EST

• Family is free to find things to do in the area

Family Dinner: 5pm - 9pm EST

• This is a 5 min walk down the block from the Comfort Suites hotel...

• Dress code is casual

• Dinner is catered at (5pm)

• Family meeting at (6:30pm)

• Dinner officially ends at (8:30pm)...

There is a LOT of night life for all that want to stay up late and enjoy the scene!
